Shipping & Refunds

We offer standard 48-hour delivery via Royal Mail for £3.99. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, returned within 30 days of receipt. For safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within your card issuer’s timeframe.
